Blake met a year ago

All male group Blake wins NS&I Album of Year for their self-titled debut. The lads met almost a year ago today, and collected their award on the anniversary of that auspicious coming together. They dedicated their award to the voting public.

A substantial contribution to the BPI‘s charitable foundation, The BRIT Trust, is made by BRIT Awards Ltd from the net proceeds of The BRIT Awards shows. It is estimated that £500,000 will be contributed in 2008. Over the last ten years, £8 million has been raised by The BRIT Awards for good causes.
